5 Skin Care Myths BUSTED - Myth 2
Next myth, my skin is oily during the day, that means I have oily skin.
Nope!
When your skin gets oily over the day, it actually is your body trying to rehydrate dry skin thats lost its balance.
Chances are you are using too many drying products to wash and clean your face, which is drying out your skin, and causing your body to send excess sebum and oil to protect it.
So if you are finding that your skin looks greasy enough to fry eggs on by the end of the day, you may need to look over your products and ditch anything that foams or has alcohol. Also, add a hyaluronic acid to your routine. It's known for not just adding hydration, but regulating it all day!
